The space

We renovated our townhome at the end of 2019 and had our first guest in January 2020! We decorated with a classic/vintage Mickey and Friends theme throughout. Our goal was to make the space feel homey and comfortable while also being whimsical and fun!

Our townhome is two stories and just over 1,000 square feet. The kitchen, living room, dining room, patio and one bathroom are on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a large bathroom and laundry area.

--FIRST FLOOR--
LIVING ROOM - Cozy seating area with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a 55 inch HDTV with cable and Disney +
KITCHEN - Spacious kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances, glassware, dishes, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils. Kitchen bar top seating area opens to the dining room.
DINING ROOM - A large dining table to accomodate all of our guests!
PATIO - Private screened patio with a dining table and lounge chair.
BATHROOM #1 - Convenient access for the first floor with a stand up shower.

--SECOND FLOOR--
BEDROOM #1 - Master with king size bed and 43 inch smart HDTV with Disney +
BEDROOM #2 - Two double beds (sleeps 4) and 43 inch smart HDTV with Disney +
BATHROOM #2 - Full bathroom with bathtub and shower
LAUNDRY - Stacked full-sized washer and dryer

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire townhome and all amenities. Upon arrival, guests will have 6 wristbands waiting for them that will allow them to access to all areas of the resort.

While use of the amenities is included in your nightly rate the following things will incur an additional charge:
- Eating and drinking at the pool bar
- Using the resort shuttle to get to the parks ($5.38 per person per trip)
- Participating in crafts at the activity center
- Playing Bingo
- Playing games in the arcade

Additional notes

We provide a small supply of disposable household necessities for your stay.

We provide the following:

- two dishwasher pods (detergent)

Guest interaction

I will be available to be in communication with you throughout your stay via the Airbnb messenger. If you need someone to assist you in person, our property manager or anther associate will be available during specific hours.

Neighborhood overview

Our townhome is located just a short drive from Disney World and many of the parks and attractions that Orlando has to offer!

Our neighborhood has everything you need and is filled with restaurants, stores, and gift shops. We are conveniently located close to a Walmart and a Publix supermarket.

This townhome is located in the area of the resort that is closest to the nearby shopping center. It is steps from restaurants such as Olive Garden, Cici's Pizza, Arby's, and Popeye's Chicken.

Getting around

Many restaurants are easy to walk to from our place. Most of the closest restaurants and stores are located just south of the complex on the 192 - W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.

When visiting the area, having a rental car is highly recommended so that you can access all that Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer. However, car services such as Uber and Lyft are easy and accessible, making them a great option.

The resort offers a shuttle to the major parks for a per person fee. Inquire at reception for prices and availability.

House Rules

Guests will be provided 6 wristbands to access the resort amenities. Any lost or damage wristbands will incur a $50 charge per wristband.

There is absolutely no smoking in the townhouse! If there is evidence that a guest was smoking inside there will be a charge to the guest of $350.
___________________________________________________________________
We ask that guests leave the house relatively tidy (i.e. put trash in the trash can, dishes put into the dishwasher, remove food from the house). If the house is left excessively dirty, additional cleaning fees may be charged.
